I like Robert Jordan... got 2 of the WoT series for Xmas. The Fires of Heaven and Lord of Chaos. Those are both 1,000 page monsters.

I hate fucking reading in games though. Why? It should be obvious... pictures are worth 1,000 words and there is a lot of things about that distract me. EQ2's voice acting surprised me, but I still found myself outside the game on cheat sites for quests. It worked better than text, but the game just sucked too much to be a selling point.

I'm not sure how to fix it, but I damn well know I don't like reading while gaming unless its my nose buried in Robert Jordan while a loading bar is going.
