Great Guide! Thanks for putting in the time on it... one question. You mentioned that:
"For manufacturing, PE research and Blueprint Copying, you should be fine - in empire, I rarely see a shortage of these"
I just searched every facility in Domain and could not find a single slot open for copying or material research.... just curious... understand this may be local to the Domain Region, but do you or anyone with experience have strategies for obtaining ME or Copying research slots.... do you just have to camp at the facility with the shortest "Next Free Time" or am I not looking in the right places?
