You know what I find hilarious?

Looking at the FOH news posts, apparently some very significant happenings in the lore transpire in the high-end raiding game (the return of Malfurion, the cleansing of the Emerald Dream, etc. etc.).

However, most uber gamers could give two shits about the story. They're in it for the loot, the loot, and little but the loot (don't forget the prestige).

Bliz is wasting their plot-writing talents on these people. Many casuals enjoy the story and the "life" of the world more than they enjoy the "grind"/"job" aspects of it, and what do we get? New recruit peon duty with the Cenarian Circle. Joy.

Are Bliz's questmakers so devoid of talent that they don't know how to involve players of all styles in the game anymore?
