I agree 100%! But after saying that, I also believe that gaming companies need a strict NDA with thier beta testers because of the possibility that another company could easily sit on the side lines with no time or money invested and steal Ideas that are discussed in the developing game.

Im very aware that every game made is inspired in one way or another from another game. My point is, lets say company A and company B are both in developement of the same particular genre game at the same time. Would'nt you agree that it would be a boon to company A if company B is disclosing all thier Idea's in a public forum?
