They should just allow people to pick whatever name they want. Imagine the chaos that would ensue if 1,000,000 subscribers shared about 15 names. Sounds like a barrel of fun to me!
The affect on quests would be a boon too. Imagine a 'Find Frodo' quest, of course they would need to implement a pointing emote.
