I agree completely with their review and your comments on FFXI. I was feeling bored with WoW the other day and, since I've always been a fan of FF, I figured it was worth buying to try out. After dealing with the hassle of getting it installed and managing to get into the game, I was appalled at a) the totally alien controls (Why must i use menues to fight in a real time game!?) b) the utter lack of instruction, either in the manual or online, and c) the hoops I had to jump through to cancel my subscription.
