Re: Warhammer won't top DAoC when it was at its peak
European MMOG market isn't quite as big as North America yet, but it is catching up. WoW in Europe is over 1 million but still not at 1.5 yet as far as I can tell. I'm convinced Eve continues to grow because the product has virtually no competition.
It's WAY too soon to make solid predictions about Warhammer Online, because so much depends on the quality of the product. However, I certainly think that if it comes out with quality and gameplay that matches that of WoW, it could get 1M+ subscribers. So I do think it will pass DAoC when it was at its peak, but I doubt it will do so well as to pass WoW in Europe.
