Just because WoW reached so easily the 1M mark it doesn't mean that everyone else can with the same ease.

I think people are also silly if they expect 400k like if it's nothing (and I do not think Warhammer will reach that at release, nor just a few months after).

About the european market being bigger or smaller I seem to recall an interview where they (Blizzard) said they actually had more subscribers in Europe than in NA. But I don't really remember where it was.
