Brilliant statement. MMGs are services. Blizzard gets it and WoW is a service hence not a single "expansion" for more than two years. Talk about breaking the mold? WoW has over 6 million customers because they *don't* release expansions every six months.

Anyone noticed how quicky EQ is dieing? More server mergers soon.
