The devs at EVE seem to spend a large amount of time trying to "herd kittens". They have great ideas, but just seem to spend an ungodly amount of time trying to change the way players play their game. Huge alliances and blob fleets rule 0.0 space and they continue to talk about small 5 man gangs, it is like they are playing an entirely different game than what everyone else is.
