oops - by the above: I mean the more quiet majority of players want Factional Warfare where the brilliant possibilities of the standings system, the actual storylines and world we live in and co-inhabit with the NPCs (including Empire AND 0.0) is dynamic!

I agree with the PVPers here that Empire is 'boring' because well....the fact IS NPC empires are SO static that your deeds there influence NOTHING but your wallet.
