Breaking the fourth wall is always fun. It's a technique that allows for some pretty creative storytelling. Using it as a metaphor for God, Creation and the whole 42 thing is a much more clever concept then I would have expected from DC.
The truth split my skull open, a glaring green lightwashing the lies away. All of my past was just fragmented still shots, words hanging in the air like balloons. I was in a graphic novel. Funny as Hell, it was the most horrible thing I could think of.
