Well the difference in numbers (750k on October 10 and 800k on September 30) can probably be described by people not extending their subscription so they quited.
If they had 800k and 10 days later, that means that a handfull of people may be quited by that time. The game was released at September 18. The preorder customers got 1 week free to play additional to their 30 days by activating the game. The collectors edition preorders even got 2 weeks. So let's calculate a lil bit:
14th September: Collector's edition headstart
15th September: Standard Edition headstart
18th September: Release
22th September: Standardedition free time went up
29th September: Collectorsedition free time went up
Beta players got additional week free of play
6th October: Last possible point you could have played Warhammer, with only the preorder key.
