There is a 5th quest for westfall you can get, after you have the one to kill VanCleef. Go to the top of Sentinal Tower and you can get a quest for silk bandanas. This is seperate from the bandana quest given near the sawmill.

Also a level 20 paladin should pick up the series at SW cathedral for making Verigan's Fist, as a step will involve a drop in Deadmines as well. So level up to 20 first to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
