Not so fast
Corporations are people. Literally. So don't underestimate the power of those illusions. You need to differentiate between a system and a person. These people are merely cogs in a machine. The flawed system keeps recycling the same people to make the same mistakes.
Ultimately, you're right. It should be about the authors.
