I was convinced earlier, but after reading through this thread I'm not so sure. I also found this:

The picture there looks a lot like the screenshot, not exactly, but close enough.
I honestly hope that they do release the blood elf, because if they do, I will create one. I don't really enjoy playing Horde, but this might be enough to make me change my mind.
