Yes, blood elvs are not going to be horde. Why side with undead (which they hate all of, even with sylvanas the banshee queen was one of them, theyd wana kill her and put her soul to rest) then the orcs tryed killing their race in war2, and even since the begining of the world, elvs have despised trolls,and vise versa, so its safe to say, that horde will be getting no elvs. BUT the panderian may be the horde race, because you can use the hero duruing the horde campaigns and makes friends with the troll and rexxar. And, trhe panda can also use a shmana type class most likley because of its special aility in war3 expansion (Storm, earth, and fire)
