I gave a quick glance at WotLK credits. It seems that the happy trio got promotions.

Jeff "Tigole" Kaplan is now "Game Director"
Tom "Kalgan/Evocare" Chilton is now "Lead Designer"
Alex "Furor" Afrasiabi is now "World Lead Designer"

The hard part is getting in the loop.
